It is a sad thing when people start lumping huge numbers into a group
because hate always almost follows, whereas when people are treated as individuals love can find space to grow

Please take
a well needed break, I am sure.  I will be back to read you and continue reading you, you can be sure!

I look forward to hearing about the journeys - your writing is always exciting and colourful and gives me glimpses of a totally different world.

Tzippy
I can see why you're having an 'Intermission.' I feel like one myself, as you probably gathered from my latest post in Views...

An Intermission here is good--a little breathing time to help chew on the big bites that you have given us to digest.  I'm glad you are writing about all of this.

With this series of blogs having concluded I am glad that you chose to get this portion of your life out into the open. Stories like this need to be told.

of course we know where kids get their prejudice if its not from the parents.  My kids really never noticed if a child was black, brown or green they just liked them for being a friend.  Sorry it was so bad when you came here.

I did not set out to be offensive dear, and I am horrified that people

treated you so badly. There is rascism every where in the world....Chinese people and Lebanese people in Australia are treated so bad...but then I had a bad experience twice myself, both times by people from an Islamic part of the world.....and many times in England where Australians can be very disliked.

I try very  hard not to say anything about your political situation for it is not my country so not my business.

All I can do is to pray and keep my heart turned toward God, be at peace dear friend.

I can appreciate a break! I did not set out to write my story as it ended up either! I think you are strong and it is so wonderful of you to share your story! sam

Personally.....I feel we are all better off having read.....
your riveting series of posts about your  childhood in Israel.   Your doing so prompted me to dig further and read several articles written about the times you wrote so well about.....for that alone I am grateful!

If the next series does the same,  I will be doubly grateful!

While I'm still catching up on your previous stories(which I am learning from)...just want you to know I am looking  forward to reading about your "journey". So hey, have a fantastic break..it's always good to clear the mind, soul, and heart. I'm glad your here sharing your story, your wisdom, and your kindness...
