Love your Poem! And there's something very comforting in birds nesting close to the house, even if one's comfort is lessened by the prospect of being assailed by avian dive bombers...

It's amazing (and sometimes seems stupid) where these birds
will make their nests...hope yours turn out okay!

I don't have grapevines, but I come from a family that majored in grapes and plums to make wine and beer. Somewhere along the line I am kin to the Jelinek Winery people in the Czech republic. Grandpa Jelinek always made his own wine, so did my Uncle James. I don't know about the birds but there were always spiders and wasps to watch out for.
