It's pretty easy, too, BC-A, but elegant enough for a dinner party,
I had never thought of removing the fuzzy bits before cooking!

KaBoom, they are full of no-fat, low-carb goodness!
Of course, it depends some on what you dip in. I always used mayonaise, but I had a friend who used salted olive oil. Anything you like will work, of course... Marinated, they didn't need anything more!

Artichokes
are supposed to be really good for you too! I just read. I'd tell you about it, but I can't even remember the source, I believe it though! Sounds great! If I ever find an artichoke 'round here, I'll try. BTW a bright yellow package arrived a couple days ago! Very nice!
