People seem to have lost the ability to care anymore, religion used to serve a purpose but it's gone.

I agree with Naut, as well. Sad but true.

& Sometimes you don’t take time enough to know when either. However there was one tough woman in a coffee shop that beat me. She told me to open the door for her. Otherwise I try to. A couple weeks ago I had to bang the door of the elevator to open it. Ha so even mechanical devices don’t take the time. BC-A, Bill’s RJLst

Exactly...  I find myself saying the same thing.  Slow down, pay attention.  As a foreman for a road crew, I said that several times a day.

That's really true. I went for a walk the other day and it's a lot different than driving. I noticed things I never would and say hello to people I would miss.

I agree with Naut in this... I think is just a change in attitude... there is a preocupation for the self and no feeling for the other.   It is quite sad .

That is a good question, people are just rushing about, some not even knowing what the rush is about. Thank you for the visit Timmytales.

TT
It's not just that we're in a rush - I think there has been a huge drop in the level of people's consideration for others - even when they're slow they're inconsiderate...

Everybody is in such a hurry. Too bad people are not taking in the sights.
