What a reminder !...

This reminds me when, at about the same age I came home from school one day after just learning how to write my whole name properly for the first time. I felt so proud of myself and thought I would surprise mum and dad by getting a permanent marker and writing my name on the vinyl head board of their brand new bed which was delivered just the day before.

I only got to write the first two letters and then my dad came in and flogged me badly till it hurt. Its a wonder or miracle that I became a writer in the end.

Ps.  Thankyou so much for your constructive help with my writers block.

Totally a snitch, Sam.
Trust me, though. I paid him back plenty in the following years. Still am.

Wish I had a pic, BC-A.
But this was a few years ago. a-hem. Technology wasn't quite at my fingertips at the time. hehe

Yes, Timmy. You can.
Just make sure you have a cushy landing site, of course.
