We went through a short period of sunshine and showers and, of course, that made for loads of rainbows.  They are one of my favourite things about Spring

This is great.  I haven't seen a rainbow around here for a long, long time. 
Today is a rainy day, but there is a very thick gray cloud cover and not a bit of sun
to make a bow.
