I could not agree with you more! The libs are misrepresenting this law as they usually do because they do not care. They want to open the borders and let everybody and everything into this nation. They do not abide by laws so being illegal is right to them.

You miss the point my friend.
Being in this country without papers is illegal. Illegal is a crime, no matter how it is dressed up, as a misdemeanor etc., it is wrong. Illegals are raping our elderly, our poor, our honest, our government and you are condoning it because you favor a lie, a wrong, a rapist of freedom. God help you and all who feel as you do.

justi, investigators would have a little trouble there, trying to piece together, the body of the rapist.
As for the AZ law, I have just watched Bill O'Reilley interview the sheriff of Pima County. It appears that the law itself has been misrepresented in the press, if you catch the caveat, as Bill has, that any officer who abuses the written letter of the law, can be sued, and so can the department. The letter of the laws states that police can only investigate the legal status of an immigrant after he has already been involved with a crime.
