Not funny! Reminds me of once when my printer quit working for no reason when we lived in a rustic cabin in Montana, so rustic that feeding the stove sometimes meant hacking up wood in the same room my printer was in. I took it to a repair shop in town and they gave it back to me with a bagged $25 wood chip.

Amazing where those little critters get to. I know they love the lead
covering on electric / phone wires. Long ago when I worked for Ma Bell, they caused an outage or two because they could climb the poles.
