When I worked as a nurse before I retired, there were many, many times that I held the hand of a person on their deathbed, or cooled their brow with a damp washcloth, or moistened dry lips and mouth, and talked to them or sang them quiet songs, just to keep them from being alone because their loved ones couldn't stand to be there to see them whither away. It's all a part of that thing called life.

I know that feeling when they look at you and with their eyes ask you to help them, I am sorry but I dont trust hospice
