Re: She is a lovely poem indeed as is water vol..
Do you know Kabu the water vole is nearly extinct over here because people let mink free and they chomp them up. I hope your bush is growing will you use mesh to cover it in Winter? One has to be careful of condensation using plastic. Thank you so much for all your comments undeserved I assure you.

Re: Shobana
Hi Shobana, you are so observant the Orchid floats away. She retains her integrity.

CORNCAKE

b Something of the senses in this case fragrance becomes the memory that evokes the words. In the second poem I find surrealistic images tidied up around the rag doll sir. BC-A, Bill’s RJLst

"She" is just beautiful CC. and you know as I was reading the other poem, I was thinking why you think orchid as dainty...It stays in bloom for days at end.

Loved both poems but I especially liked She.  Wonderful pictures are being painted with your words.

CC --- such grand writing.  She - her memory is strong yet...her eyes gifted you .  and Water Vole: Like the wind and the willow - this varmint could speak of such --- I enjoyed the visions this one revealed (wow) - and the metaphors and analogy continue to float well after this read....the rag-doll of the past shares such memories. Excellent write ... E.E. (inspired)
