You are so organized. I loved the tips on this post. I wish that everything in my freezer had already ben washed, dried, rubbed and frozen in appropriate sized portions. I have things in there that I need to use but don't want to take out the whole thing. It's never too late to learn from someone who knows how to do it. Looking forward to the fish post.
