I am in anticipation to see your final results, too! I know you are going to be a cabbage patch doll! lol I loved how you walked the dog, fed the dog, etc. It made it a delightful read even though I know you are suffering a bit! Hang tough, you may get all of on that diet! lol Shelly

hmmm...I'm eager to see how quick this takes you because I believe it HAS to work - so it's that bad eh? LOL --- I don't know - I like cabbage and all but ---(I put butter on mine)  ~ and water?  I know cabbage has water but do you drink lots of water?  (walking the dog is great exercise) ---- and you know I'm going to encourage YOU (all the while watching and waiting - 'behind' you) hoping this is the quick key ... Reading this I am glad that we are counting points it is miserable but not
cabbage soup ugh. The soy sauce is full of salt so that is no good ......you will retain water. Fruit, vegetables, 10 nuts....tomatoes and carrots and celery for eg. you can eat a cup full. Wiley'sfat blaster soupis tasty and it works. But good foryou exercising and working hard and losing already.

HAHAHAHA.  I did that cabbage soup diet once, so I understand.  These days I will eat cabbage any way but cabbage soup.
