This scenario feels like the worst test case of all time! They just don't know and it is incredulous lives are in the test case! sam

I'd rather have people be safe than be sorry. My daughter is backpacking through Europe right now and I'm worried about her.

I thought that too, at first.  But I also read the real issue is the jet stream....last week it was looping south over Europe....now it resumed it's normal flow north of Scandinavia.
