When was the last time that you saw someone who is really old running, unless they were on fire or being mugged for their Social Security (?) check? My theory is that avoidance of running, is what allows one to become really old. Old-timers don't fight either, if it can possibly be avoided. Now if we can avoid that whole "Fight or flight" thing, we might find out that we are immortal! If unending life were ever to become boring, one could always take up jogging. That would kill ya fer sure!
