I can tell just by looking at it that it is a pyramid scheme.
Even if you could get one or two paid members to join... you only get a very small portion of their money...guess who gets the rest?
I have researched a lot of online money making opportunities, and I can tell you that the great majority of them that require you to actually pay money in order to receive money are scams.
