Sam, stress is really tough on the body and mind...they key to controlling
it at every turn is to look for the feeling of relief...in all situations, look for the thought that feels better, not worse...look in the direction of that which you want not what you don't want...it works!

I miss you when you aren't here I must say but I understand.
We are on the diet and willbe foralong time...it is slow and sometimes very frustrating and yes down right boring at times but it does make you feel happy when you lose a little
