I think the next step in the case is the Supreme Court. Hopefully they'll do the right thing and stop it...As I recall Bill O'Reilly has said that he will pay the court costs though the SC can prevent that from happening.

That is unbelievable..........that's not freedom of speech that is taking
away freedom to bury your dead with dignity and to mourn and then to get away with it. It isn't the soldiers who start wars they are just the collateral damage. I just want to hug that poor father.
