God luck - I hope they respond and I hope the response is satisfactory, but I'm afraid I doubt it. Companies like that clam up the instance anything negative comes their way. be interested to hear how you get on, though.

I think that they will respond. Very rarely do organizations let something like that go. If not, there is bound to be somebody to contact who will handle it.
