Goodness, when I was in charge, I had to give 3 warnings about the same
behaviour problems before someone was fired...and they had to be really awful behaviours too, not texting a friend.

I think she should be happy to be rid of this horrible place.
this may be a blessing in disguise. You should report everything and make sure you report it to all the channels, and let your daughter move on. I know she will find herself in a better place with a better job.
