Maybe you should ask to speak with the supervisor. Then, ask to negotiate a payment plan that lowers the amount due. It is so difficult to work with some people though because as you say, they are so mean. Be well! OI

They always think they have to play hardball to get payments! To beat people up at the end of a recession is ludicrous! sam
