Rep. Hank Johnson is battling hepatits C which does affect the brain thus statements such as Gaum tipping over. I heard him make that staement. The issue here is that since he has this ailment, he should resign. How can anyone disagree? If this man can not think properly due to his health concerns then how can he remain as a government official who is making daily decisions for our people? He must resign.
