over the knuckles then you can bet they willbe looking for a scape goat. You either fight it, or walk away. I suggest fight it and then walk away.

How unfortunate Lustorlove. She definitely has a right to know why she was suspended. I dont know do they have labour laws there?? I hope everything works out fine for you and especially your daughter!

now I understand
she threatened the supervisors that she would go to the state, and than someobody else went to the state, and now they suspect that she went to the state, how sad :( I still hope she finds another job quickly. If she is a good worker she shouldnt have any problem finding a job :)

WOW! What a turn of events! Guilty as charged per their suspicion! WOW! I would be looking for another job, too! She will always be a suspect by them regardless. If they would run their business in accordance they would not have to fret about being reported. I think your suspicions are correct that it was former employees. sam

first you say that she said she would go to the state if things didnt change, than you say she didnt say it? so, what is it? did she say it or didnt she say it? can you clarify? please post on my blog so i can get your answer quickly, or let me know when you reply. I feel for your daughter and hope she finds a job quickly.
