I'll tell you a couple of points on the spagsauce, your family will concur.
Lovelylady,
      A pinch of extra oregano, (Just a pinch, it's very potent) then TOO much garlic, (it's hard to overdo this, you'd have to actually be TRYING) authentic Italian olive oil, if you cannot taste the basil, add another pinch, and add just a little bit of sugar, to cut the acidic taste of the tomatoes. Won't get this delectable taste from a jar! YUM! My mouth is watering!
