is TP about me, or do I just think the world evolved around me :) lol which it probably does, (just joking)

I can see you love the pope too much, too bad you can't hae a private conversation with him, as for me, The pope always scared me, I dont know why, and the priests I never trusted, NOW I know why :) Please inform me on Lauer-Obama TP honestly I am curious what that means.

The most horrendous thing about the church is the way child sex abuse has been covered up, as you say, moving priests from parish to parish. How could the hierarchy be so afraid of scandal that they allowed countless more children to be at risk? Yet they won't have women priests - there's a lot of sin in all this, but it doesn't seem to be recognised by the church.

You Must Remember

GOD is in charge of everything. Not a pope, not a president, not anyone on this earth, only GOD! Until you understand this then you will continue to foolishly think you are GOD due to your own self proclaimed liberal progressiveness, which is simply stupid.

People put much too much faith in humans on this earth and do not get the whole picture. Until you do then you will remain lost in the squall.

Toothless hillbillies? We will see who is toothless! Keep talking crap! The liberals' day is coming!

KILL LIBERALISM NOW!

The Tea Party
Anyone see Matt Lauer's interview with Obama and how he describe the members of the Tea Party?  Is that just politics or something else?

There's so much tension on both sides in the debate over government involvement in our lives. I think the name calling on both sides is going to be make things worse.

I knew about his Nazi ties and now this...the Vatican system is evil.
That's my thought on the ORGANIZATION, but not the good hearted Catholic people within the system (of which most of my family is a part).  Babylon is fallen, that great city...

dsm - It is a shame when things like this happens and imho, sometimes the church deals with it better without all the publicity and negativity it garners. The victim has the ultimate decision of course whether to go public or settle it within the church confines. I believe the Pope did what he thought was best. This is a sorry state of affairs and been going on far too long.

My goodness! I had so much respect for Pope John Paul that I could never warm up to this one. He made me uncomfortable! If he truly covered up and transferred priests, he should resign immediately and be charged with accessory to crimes that he knew about and did nothing! sam
