Almost worked on my kids.
I'll try to maintain my mystique, and hence, suthority, with the grandkid and not be the goofus I am normaly.

I wonder what people would do if the t.v. was either turned off or gone

Baby Girl~

Let her parents do the worrying, you've already done yours. Your new job is to love and encourage this new little being and to be the best example you can be. Grandparents fill in the cracks for the parents and shine light where others may not think of.

May she turn out as well as you!

It's interesting how we have these lofty visions of how we will bring up
our children and how they all go for a toss or are buried under the mundane day to day aspects of bringing them up, and then only resurface when we become grandparents.
