Hi, Shobana hope you are feeling better. The world of emotions is strange, sometimes you know instinctively the way, sometimes you are confused or not sure of your feelings!

This lovely poem reminds me of an elderly couple who met when she was twelve and he was thirteen. They never looked back, have now been married nearly seventy years and are still just as devoted as ever.

This is very evocative! I like it when one knows exactly what will eventually transpire and this imagery carries it perfectly! KUDOS! Thanks for hanging in there on my latest series! Love you dearly! Your sam

Sometimes we "just now"
as depicted in this sweet poem. Other times, it takes a journey.

Re: thence on
CC -Oh I told my girls to get married only when they are good and ready for a committment like that. They are quite determined too at that. CC, I can sense that but I normally reply to writers who come in and comment on my blog by reading their material and thanking them at the same time..like I do yours. I am sorry if you think that I don't reply to the writers..I do. Sometimes, I would have read them or replied to them so I just give them a comment by replying directly. Please let me know if this explains the commenting bit. Thank you CC and I hope you understand.

Have a nice weekend.

Well Shobana I remember a lady saying that she liked her daughters to be married before they were eighteen because after that age they began to form their own opinions. I really do not know anything about that subject, but they seem to have formed an opinion before they leave the cradle these days. This is quite romantic, Spring is inveigling itself into every one' s poems. One last comment I was looking at your previous post and you did not reply to comments this had stiffened my resolve to to the same and now look, you have changed your mind, well In suppose some do have a gentle disposition.

Re:
That's lovely that it brought back memories for you. Its just a poem that I thought of. I met my husband two months before we married and since he was working in the East Coast, we met maybe 2 or three times before the wedding and its 23 years since. Thanks so much for your visit sweetie.
