The only thing I can't understand is why so many people are upset that 35million people that had no health insurance at all, will now have it. Does America not care about millions of it's own population?

I wonder how long it will take until this gets to the Supreme Court.

I was reading about this in the newspaper this morning because my state is one that joined in! Our folks said it was about $100,000 to get involved but they could not say how much it will be in total. The operative word was that it will not be inexpensive! OUCH! Two law professors don't think they have a chance and one said they have a case worth discussing! It will be interesting to see how it pans out! I thought their rationale for selecting Florida as the state for filing was very calculated! It was very geographically oriented and based on the ideals and the cases won and how fast they progressed through the court system! Shelly
