Lustorlove - I am glad you went out with your friend too. Its just what you needed - a little perk me up. My Sunday was good with the family and with finishing some work. Thanks so much for your visit and I am happy you liked the poem.

I wish you lived closer...diet or not, Wiley and I would take you out for a
nice meal or ....I could cook it and Wiley would clean up after while you and I gossiped over a drink. But I am glad that today you gotout with a friend and had a nice time at the market.

It can be tough being the last one standing so to speak! I am glad your meal came together! I think an outing to a farmer's market is a great remedy for yourself today! ENJOY!!! I need some carrots, red potatoes, lol! sam
