I read not to long ago that a diet should never go below 1600 calories for women! Which on a 2000 calorie diet would save 2800 calories over the course of a week resulting in nearly a pound loss and over a year, a person could take off a max of 52 pounds and that's not bad! Your pizza selection sounds so yummy! sam
