i agree...parents are the ultimate dichotomy.  there just comes a time to take responsibility for Your life...and take the past, learn but let go of there faults or ignorance or whatever you want to call it.   Own your bright,valuable, privileged  future and thank them all along....remember their parents....circle of life...we get her b/c of geography and science....just take the good, and learn not to repeat history if it's not positive...but always show respect.   don't be a victim....easier written then done.  i work on it everyday

This is true..I can say what I say to my Brother or Sister,

 Great reminder - hug a parent today I say (mine are gone, however...this brought me back to a memory of my youth  and even when older and just wanted comfort - no matter how stressful the day, if I went home to Mamma's I could fall asleep on her sofa while she was quietly - watching over me) Thanks ~ Elyse
