So your situation is perfect? You have sufficient to pay your own health costs without insurance -- is that what you're saying?
You figure these millions of people could buy their own health insurance some way?
Or they could afford their medical bills?
They are just too lazy to get the job where they could pay their health expenses all by themselves? Is that what you're saying?
Everybody paying health insurance should get off it immediately? Is that what you're saying?
Would you please clarify so I don't jump to the wrong conclusion?

It's odd that AARP supports the plan.
That's because they stand to make a couple of billion from the plan....through their supplemental insurance plans. They no longer represent seniors....they are an (gasp) Insurance Company!

So I am looking at who supports what, whether I 'get' all the arguments and rationales and reasonings or not. I know whose judgement I have respected and generally agreed with in the past, over issues I did understand enough about to form a sensible opinion. You are one of those. Thanks for clarifying some of the picture!
