I just posted on Deem and Pass
Republicans have done it more than Dems -- and the Supreme Court (Bush's?) has "deemed" it constitutional.
Doesn't matter how major the legislation, as long as it can be done, it can be done.
I would call it "tit for tat".

but it has never been done with a major piece of legislation....
What about the recent promise of your President pledging an up or down vote?
Your progressive Gods spew forth nothing but lies.......they are going to pay. The political carnage is going to be of epic proportions. You'd better get all of the checks you can, you're about to get cut off....LOL!
