We were never quite sure why the "policia" moved in or why they left. They lived in that little house for a year.

It looks like the Border crossing at Nogales when I was a kid.

It looks like a better place to tour than stay. Many poor countries are not as fair as the U.S. in general and use a heavier hand with justice, although, of course there are always exceptions. It makes for a great photogragh and statement.
