Wow! You have had a time of it with the IRS! My daughter had a bit of a go round with them this year but it pales in comparison to your woes! I do hope you can get this resolved and move forward! They are dragging you down! sam

well I used them in person last year, but I figured if they got to be too difficult that I would go in person once again, but they finally accepted it

I used H&R Blocks website to file my taxes this year. I found it to
be easier to use than Turbo Tax which I have used in the past.

One small error can cause a lot of problems with one's taxes. It doesn't make sense that they do that to people.

If you already have a lien on your house you do not need to be doing your own taxes right now. Go to a reputable tax preparer, check out your retires services in your town. Ask a church if they have some one who will do this for you. We have a group called RSVP Retired Services Volunteer Program. They recently repaired my computer for free. I am sure you have some sort of thing for people 55 or older. Check it out. I recommend you
not go to some things like H&R Block. Get a Christian preparer if possible. God bless you.
