- Go to Waters of the sea
Hi Shobana
What I loved here Shobs, is the personification of the sea, and the entreaties you make to it "not to go". Wonderful and tender!

I am otherwise fine except that I am trying to do too many things at one time. But, it too, will pass. Thank you, your concern touches me.

There's something to be said about the acceptance you write of in this poem.

Oh how I long to again explore
the coastline with its ebbing tide,
with sandy shore and driftwood store
in fog, with roaring waves beside,
to comb the beach once more.

What a great conclusion! It is best to let Mother Nature carry on in her own majestic way! Such fabulous imagery my Shobana! I am doing a bit better these days! I hope to get caught up on the ones who have stopped in to see me today! I feel asleep early last night, more like early evening, and I didn't get a chance to call my son on his birthday! I am calling him at work today and extend my apologies! Love you and I am off to get caught up on your poetry! Your sam

Re: sea
Corncrake - LOL, yes I suppose you can call it an outburst of memories. Could not think of what to write and being in this hot city today makes me crave for the breeze of the sea. Ok then, shall I say the bodyguards too have killer smiles..One cousin and 2 sisters of mine..ravishing beauties they are.

Thank you and I am glad the poem gave you a somewhat calming effect.

sea
A very calming influence as I face a frosty morning, a natural outburst of memories?
Oh, have a compliment only one killer smile on the photo?
