I understand that the parialment ?? is it, has separated out 1/3 of all
congressional positions for women in India, is that so?? It would be wonderful if true. Would that all nations followed this example..............all, meaning Saudi Arabia and China, etc. Not to mention my own misguided nation.

This is very interesting, Nita. Do you also celebrate the Women's World Day of Prayer? I'm pretty sure it has come from India at least once in previous years.

This is an interesting post. I never see anything about it here in the states. I am so fortunate to have a husband who is all for the power a woman needs as her choice and should never be curtailed. Be blessed dear lady. I love your informative posts.

I was happy to read it was international! It needs to be there for every woman! In this century and still fighting for basic rights! Happy Woman's Day to you, too! You always find the most interesting things! Thank you for stopping in; I have had a time of it lately! I think today is going to be okay and hopefully I can get some reading in! I do hope all is well with you! All my love! Shelly
