I cannot handle the bureaucracy ~ I have not taken any courses since 2008 (re-certification for Medical Assistance license) and I about, when frustrated - almost did not attend for the run around I received...however, I tried my best to jump through the hoops and come back ---->and go there<---- and do all they said, until
finally ---- I hope it does all work out for you and more simply ~
