On the family poem, I could so relate! Divorce is never easy but at times there is no other recourse for I have been there! sam

The Family ~ How utterly (near) normal - and I find the whole scene so interesting. Just superb truly, Corncrake ~
and The Divorce ~ such sadness period.

~ it moved me ~ E.L.

CORNCRAKE
I loved the family poem very much, the divorce one is excellent too but I have an aversion to things I fail at like a marriage

Re: The Family
No, I still don't understand it as well as I'd like to, but that's me. I look forward to your stuff! And ... what's a corncrake?

The Family
Wonderful work! There's a lot of vaporous verse out there that I never finish reading because it's so abstract and unfocused, but these 2 poems were a delight to read - more than once. One or two individual spots in the second one puzzle me, but the whole mood of it really gets me.
