I would say that I'm comfortable in my own skin. I think though that for women the body standards in the United States are tougher.

I love the expression to be comfortable in your own skin
because it can mean so many different things to so many different people. It is vague enough to be filled with different views, yet specific enough to keep you centered on yourself. That is the perfect expression. Being comfortable in your skin can range in meaning from being comfortable with jeans and a t-shirt, to the totally vague idea of being spiritually content. It is one of those expressions that I can probably write and entire book just transalating it into so many different aspects of life. GREAT TOPIC YOU PICKED HERE.

For me it means do you love yourself but I think it has come to mean
are you happy with your weight, your hair, your latest face lift and career. Al lthe superficial less important aspects of who you are.

I am very comfortable in my own skin! i have had a good life to date and really don't foresee any changes that would get my ire up! lol sam
