you probably haven't lost a loved one -- or had your life ruined -- because of medical mistakes -- talk to those people

Re: let's see -- giving the insurance companies perks -- is that what we want?
ROFLMAO......

Opening up insurance across all state lines allow more competition, nimrod.....

My state allows only 5 companies out of hundreds to sell in the state, how is that fair?  We should have the ability to buy from every source available.....

as to point two.....there was no doubt in my mind that you are a suer......Doctors perform multiple tests to cover their asses...that adds to the expense of health care......seeing that you are a taker instead of a provider, your position is not surprising.....

odd that the number one group contributing to the Dem party is the Trial lawyers...why is that.

let's see -- giving the insurance companies perks -- is that what we want?
two issues the Republicans want.

one is ability to buy insuranc e across state lines -- that seems to help avoid stricter rules in one state by going to another where insurance might be cheaper as a result of less regulation -- then the state with more rules would have to scrap them and insurance companies can get away with more bilking of the public.

and the cap on malpractice suits -- that way doctors and hospitals are less accountable for the mistakes they make -- particularly life changing or life-ending accidents.  means they don't have to be so careful they don't have to pay for someone's life being ruined.

odd -- I saw the negativity and name calling on the conservative side
particularly in conservative blogs right here on Blogit.

but it certainly does seem conservatism, as it always has been, is the philosophy of "NO!".

Corbin Dallas
I agree with you except I think John McCain hasn't got over the election loss and it's interfering with his ability to be calm and thoughtful.
