Sometimes the management makes use of the staff knowing that they need the job so they pile extra duties. Make sure you claim for overtime Lustorlove.

Well, I hope you are heard as an employee - I know being a customer when things don't run smoothly and all I want to do is purchase and leave - it is getting more frustrating to buy and with efficiency. In big department stores even, I'm finding I have to search for someone near a cash register to check out and I just wonder if this all due to the economy. I wish you the best however, because I know it surely is difficult to work in substandard conditions. You are loyal and that is worth its weight in 'cash' or gold; I hope they see your assests worth ~ Elyse
