I really like this entry! This is how I typically get through the day-a series of short, continuous prayers. I don't usually ask for the same thing over and over, but sometimes I will ask for guidance or fortitude if I'm really worried about something. Most prayers are of gratitude, some forgiveness, and some guidance or assistance.

mother is always right!
that being said, I feel that if you keep praying for the same thing over and over than you really have no faith in god. You are you babbling along and dont even think that god can hear you. But, if you pray for something, and than have FAITH that god will provide, than your prayers will always come true, because as it says "Ask and you shall receive" it doesnt say ask and ask and ask until you receive because that would be a sign of no faith.
