Isn't it strange how you can get caught up on a sport you hadn't a clue existed? And isn't it strange how two weeks have gone past in a zombie like state - we've got to the stage of turning on the TV through the day, just in case we miss something. Roll on reality.

I'm checking out the Olympics too - every chance I get. Besides my NHL hockey games, it is about the only time I'll watch TV. Think that snowboarder is cute too!!

Sleep deprivation and someone else changing our schedule can just play
havoc with our moods as we get a tich olderish. Wiley has been so good about the games and I know in his heart he's had enough....even of pretty legs on ice. Of course I could watch the games on and on and on, I am the original couch potato.
You will be back in Salem at the usualtime in a few days now.....those soapies don't move at a great pace.

One does have to have something to complain about. It is not natural not to.

Because I'm a jock at heart, the Olympics are a curse that is playing havoc with my schedule! I even watch curling, for crying out loud, partly because I have actually done it myself! I gave up on it because a) I wasn't very good at it and b) I didn't think I got the return in workout benefit for the time invested, even though the sweeping does allow you to work up a bit of a sweat.
But whatever you work off is put back afterwards, with the obligatory post-game rounds of beer...
