about Mr. Obama: odd -- unemployment is leveling off, where it increased 70 - 100% under Herr Bush -- only 30% under Obama, then leveled off, and declined some now.
A few more jobs have been created
economic indicators are positive
Iraq is somewhat a success -- and not due to the surge - military leaders ascribed success there to better relations with the citizens.
and about Obama being "my boy" -- I said this before -- Democrats are a hell of a lot better than Republicans -- Republicans are a choice NOT TO BE MADE -- Democrats are very close to Republicans on the liberal/conservative spectrum; but they are far enough removed from that archaic nonsense as to be a more viable choice. They are not the ideal choice -- but what choice do we have? -- a party that embraces Big Business and Big Banks and racist philosophies and a bankrupt world view -- or one that at least pays some lip service to the ideals that built this nation and is attempting to heal rifts on the World Stage.
Democrats are still a long way from really being Liberal -- but I think our aim should be to bring the Republican Party to extinction, and voting against them -- no matter how -- is the way to do it.

When I was in school I had a very learned professor that taught me most of what now I live my life by. One of his words of wisdom was that in an argument, he who disrespects his opponent does so because he has already lost such argument. You are a person Justi that deeply feels what she believes. That puts you above 90 % of the others whose apathy makes them colorless... That individual who you are referring to is way below you sweetie... his insults and innuendos can not reach you never mind hurt you. I am glad you are in here because in many occasions you are the voice of reason and in others the different voice that calls attention to that which perhaps we have overlooked. xoxoxo

don't know how to play unless they use bad language and abuse their opponent. As you say of course we aren't all going to agree on every thing here but debate is different to abuse.
