How brave
you are to share this part of you with us--with anyone. I went back and read your previous post and immediately identified with these symptoms. I just attributed it to the major trauma of my life, but in actuality I may have suffered from CPTSD since early childhood. Thank you for writing about this subject and promoting awareness. I will certainly read the article.

Blaming one's self is one of the worst aspects along with your child
blaming you as well. You are very brave bringing this out and I will read the article.
