I love marmalade made from Seville oranges
I used to make it too. But we definitely don't see them here.

RockingRector
For sure love is alive and well good for your man My British Manchester mum used to make marmalade and her own bread, and I learned to make the bread but not the marmalade. Oh it was sooooo good on warm buttered bread.

That's pretty cool that there's an orange season where you live...I'm sure the drinks were wonderful.

I'll never forget when I was a kid and my very first ever English muffin all warm and buttered and homemade orange marmelade all heaped up on it.  I thought I'd died and gone to heaven.  My Mom always served either cornbread or baking powder biscuits.

Oh my goodness; the trials of preserving, jarring and 'canning' --- this is a delightful post.  I am moved by your persistence.  I would have given up or forgotten by Saturday LOL ~ but you know I LOVE marmalade - wow...I just bought a new jar yesterday - and it's 'tangerine' marmalade...I'm curious, I'll bite and hope I like.  Y'all enjoy the can of marmalade.  It's good for ya'. ~ Elyse
