Dear Symphony
That's brilliant about your goals. I was reading somewhere the other day where you mentioned your upcoming 30th birthday.

Perhaps one goal is to do something to celebrate that is exactly what you want to do. Give yourself that, you're worth it.

Dreaming is really important
both consciously and subconsciously. Don't ever give up on your dreams and good luck with the driving test. I'm with you on the exercise front - I really do need to get that cardiovascular fitness up.

Hmmm...I have a few goals, and I believe in lists - how wonderful you met your goals in 2009 - and I add, 2010 is here for us to begin again.  --- I'm really trying to get to the salon myself, more this year.  It's a frill I give to myself - and makes me feel near prettified.  ~ Have a wonderful day - Elyse

sounds like you are on a wonderful journey
I am looking forward to hearing about all the new goals you achieved in 2010, I will do a few things of my own.

Writing down goals is a very positive thing to do.  The person who does that is much more likely to accomplish something than the person who never thinks about goals.

I made a ton of resolutions early in the year, heavily focusing for myself. That does not mean I will not help my family. I just came up with things that I needed to do to live a better life and will deal with the family stuff as it comes along.

I think it is important to do for family but I also like to step outside that comfort zone and help others! I agree with you on goal setting! I set goal for myself each day no matter the activity! sam

Family

Hi thanks for call. I have read your blogs before, You seem to be getting on top of things.

How nice to be free of debt, I really admire your fortitude, I would like to say what goals I hope to achieve and honestly all I can think of is to stay alive, this might not seem much to aspire to, but as one gets older each day becomes more precious and feelings that you express gives one hope for the future.

looks like you have accomplished a lot for a mere 30 years old, its nice you have done all you wanted to do.  I am 66 and I don't think I have ever reached a goal, maybe I am too easily satisfied with status quo

That's really great to keep in mind.  I think some forget about taking care of yourself and you always put it off untill a better time or when you get this and that done.  Goals should be made throughtout the year, not just new years.  That really made me think about setting a goal for the Spring...Thanks
