Re: Allianna
If only it were that simple but when he later got out on third party (which I will get to later) I ended up pregnant and now I have our son to think of too and how my decisions will effect him.

Wow, that is a scary thing to have to go through especially being caught in the middle of something you didn't intend on being in. I hope that everything works out at that you stay positive and strong.

Y The unexpected situation on that day scared you but you handled it well. You could have asked them to come back with a warrant. In any event your boyfriend needed then and now legal help obtained in any way that can be arranged according to financial circumstances. Likewise you need friends as much as he needs a lawyer. Bloggers like sam and Tzippy give themselves as sounding boards in their comments. Oh gosh they wrote love sings about your situation, that is, in wait of your love. I will wait for you a recurring song in the soundtrack of the French film The Umbrellas of Cherbourg assures. However you have to weigh your feelings for him against your goals for yourself. Apparently you give a lot of yourself to others. I think that you should find more friends and relationships. And, he might become free to pick up where you two left off in your relationship later love. BC-A, Bill’s RLJst

It is very unfortunate, but it all could have been avoided had he kept his appointment! I never let the police in my hoome if I have not summoned! They don't need to be there otherwise. I concur with Tzippy's thoughts as well. My neighbor was charge with felonies on the word of three other neighbors that he was selling drugs to to the volume of traffic at his home. Rather strange though, no one else has seen the traffic the three are referring to! So it will ba quite a sight at court! Thee are those who differ and will be saying the exact opposite! sam

I know exactly what you went through, and I know how horrible it is
but there is one thing I learned about police in the united states and in other parts of the world is that they always assume you are guilty. It doesnt matter what you do or what you say, so the best thing to always do is just keep quiet, dont let them in if they dont have a warrent because it doesnt matter they will always think you are guilty anyway. they will always treat you like crap. You must always be polite, but keep as much of your rights as you can. You must have been so freightened I cant imagine how you lived through it. Do tell us more.
