By telling us so much about the two J's, as I think of them, you have actually managed to make me concerned for them, in spite of all their quirky self-centeredness - so that I'm now really p****d off that Jean is getting taken by these roofing crooks, as you suggest, and I'm convinced you're right. Is there any way to intervene, or is it too late for that?
Oh, and I hope your root canal work won't be too traumatic...
