Well this is something I have not heard of FSI..and I would'nt take that plunge too. I am all wrapped up at 16 degrees would you believe..lol.

I'm sitting in my office wearing a sweater and a jacket and I'm still freezing, and reading this hasn't driven away the shivers lol

I've never felt the urge to take the plunge myslef but I did swim in Vancouver once when it was 60f. Have a good weekend my friend.....

I don't see myself plunging into frigid waters, either! I believe there is great for hypothermia with those kinds of activities! I think I will stick to warm, too! sam
